Having been notified this morning that some club fees have been taken from some accounts depite my request to stop them. I have contacted BSAC for an explanation…
It would appear that the staff member who was deling with the request was furloughed during the process and it wasnt handed over. As a result some of you may notice that fees have been taken,
Im hopeful that for those effeced only one paymnet has been taken.
Needless to say I wasnt impressed, when I know some of you are struggling with money during this time.
BSAC have stated that they will go through all those acconts that have been drawn from and issue refunds.
Please let me know if you have not received a refund by the end of next week, if you have seen that money has been taken.
