Chief Instructor Nick Stevens took his holiday in Spain in 2024, and was able to escape the family for a day trip out from the marina to the Islas Colombretes.
The site is a famous Spanish nature reserve renowned for its sealife and amazing dive sites, with crystal clear waters and abundant sealife.
Rather than scuba, he chose to snorkel (as is the way), followed the scuba group from the surface. However, every now and then, there was an opportunity to surface dive down to (and sometimes past) them and make them jump… Sometimes at 16m down or more…
